Brinkley Harrison

Maternal & Infant Nutrition, Client Education, and Holistic Wellness—Pursuing the Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) Pathway.

About Me

I'm a Nutrition major with a minor in Psychology at Texas State University. I've always been fascinated by the connection between mind, body, and spirit—nutrition, to me, is a tool for healing and empowerment.

I'm especially interested in holistic wellness and hope to one day support women through the process of preconception to postpartum recovery, and help others create balance through food, movement, and mindfulness. I'm also passionate about art, nature, and creativity, and I love incorporating these elements into my approach to health.

Through this site, I hope to share a glimpse of my work and journey in the field of nutrition.
