About Me

I earned my degree in Nutrition with a Minor in Psychology from Texas State University and have always been fascinated by the connection between mind, body, and spirit. To me, nutrition is a powerful tool for healing and empowerment.

I'm especially drawn to maternal and infant wellness and am currently pursuing the lactation consultant (IBCLC) pathway. I hope to one day support women from preconception through postpartum recovery, helping families create balance through food, movement, and mindfulness.

Outside of health and nutrition, I'm inspired by art, nature, and creativity.
